Our team
The Principal adviser, Mr Muhammad Shoaib Nayyer, has been an accredited Immigration Advisor since 2010.
He has a wealth of experience in Immigration and Asylum law dealing with cases involving asylum, nationality, spouse visas, settlements, and other immigration cases.
Mr Nayyer has extensive experience as an OISC adviser for different charities that work at local, regional, and national levels which showcases his insight into OISC regulations in practice and the knowledge of how advice companies are run.
Mr Nayyer has also previously worked as a general advisor as well as an immigration specialist advisor at Citizen Advice. His previous experience of supervising & training staff and volunteers at Refugee Council, Northern Refugee Centre, and Citizen Advice Bureau has perfectly equipped him to manage FL&I effectively.
His commercial experience of dealing with small, medium, and large organisations from a strategic or SMT point of view runs over 20 years.
In the refugee sector, his reputation has been described by many as highly professional, organised, punctual, and caring for refugees’ right. He is always advocating for the equality of rights.
